One of the prominent leader in Awka-Ettiti community in Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, Hon Ebuka Okeke (Popular known as Alhaji Saint), has explained why the community should support and vote for APC from top to bottom in the upcoming 2027 general elections.
He said the community eagerly need APC government to help fixed the dilapidated roads across the town and also to help provide federal civil service jobs for Awka-Ettiti teaming unemployed graduates.
Okeke, stated this while speaking during a ‘Thank You rally, organized by the APC House of Representative candidate for Idemili North/South Federal Constituency, Kingsley Ezekwelu Esq, held at Udoh Nkolafia field in Awka-Ettiti, on Thursday, October 8th, 2026.
He said he will support the community with his political strategies to ensure total victory for Ezekwelu and Senator Uche Ekwunife respectively.
According to him, Awka-Ettiti is good, peaceful and well secure but we need roads to grow and developed more.
“Our roads are in dilapidated condition, and which is why we are campaigning heavily for APC because we just need to fixed the bad roads in the town.
“We need a representative at that National Assembly who is close to us like Kingsley Ezekwelu and Senator Uche Ekwunife, they are good to go come 2027. They are our people. They are people we can talk to freely about our roads and other things we need in this great community.
“The present APGA led-government in Anambra State under the able leadership of Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo is really trying it best, I don’t knock them off, they are really trying but we need more effort in the area. We believe that APC being a national political party will do more for us through Senator Ekwunife and Kingsley Ezekwelu Esq.
“The current Lawmakers representing us at the State Assembly and National Assembly are nothing to write home about, and which is why we urgently in need of APC to change the ugly narrative in our peaceful community.
Awka-Ettiti people need that bond and cordial relationship with APC to connect to the top.
“We are 100 percent tired of APGA government in Anambra State, Therefore, we need a change, Alhaji Saint advocated.
In his speech, while addressing the people, particularly, APC supporters in Awka-Ettiti Ward 1 and 2, the House of Representative hopeful, Kingsley Ezekwelu Esq, promised to organized a six months workshop to re-orient the youths across all the wards that constitute Idemili North and South Federal Constituency.
He said the workshop aimed at educating the youths on how to be self-employed through legitimate means.
He appealed to the people to vote for him to enable him attract federal presence to the community.
The Thank you rally also has in attendance, Anambra State APC Zonal Vice Chairman (Central), High Chief Mommife Austin Azubuike, Idemili South APC Chairman, Hon Sunday Obidigbo, Hon Tony Ezekwelu and Chief Okelo.
