The Special Adviser to governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo on Youth Reformation, Dr Nelson Obinna Omenugha, has called on Anambra citizens to take the grow and development of the State as everyone’s responsibility.
Omenugha made the called during the official handover of a renovated and newly equipped Primary Healthcare Centre in Abatete, on Sunday, October 11th, 2026, build by Charles Kene Ojukwu Initiative Foundation.
He said the edifice is a true reflection of Soludo’s clarion call for Private-Public-Community Partnership (PPCP) – bringing government, the private sector and communities together to drive sustainable
He said the centre was blessed by His Grace, Archbishop Valerian Okeke, Archbishop of Onitsha and Metropolitan of the Onitsha Ecclesiastical Province.

“This intervention demonstrates what is possible when individuals take responsibility for their communities.
“This is the spirit of the Anambra Youth Reformation Programme: Building the New Onye Anambra. Beyond restoring values and building character, we must inspire young people to take responsibility, create opportunities and become active partners in community development.
“Everyone has a role to play. Those with resources should invest; those with knowledge should mentor; those with influence should open doors. Our youths must see themselves not merely as beneficiaries, but as drivers of change.
“Human capital development is a collective responsibility. A healthier, better-educated and economically empowered population is essential to a prosperous Anambra.
“I commend Charles Kene Ojukwu Initiative Foundation for this laudable intervention. May it inspire more individuals and organisations to embrace Governor Soludo’s PPCP vision and invest meaningfully in our communities and our young people.
“Together, we can build stronger communities and a generation that understands that true greatness lies not only in personal success, but also in the positive impact we make, the SA concluded.
