The Unique Fellows All Nations Club Awka, has formally installed the immediate past Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Awka branch, Uniq Sir Gabriel Udoka Moneke Esq as its 7th Mayor of the club.
Moneke was elected on February 2026 alongside his executive members to pilot the affairs of the Club in the next three years.
The Installation ceremony took place at the ASUU Secretariat Unizik Awka, on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026.
The installation ceremony brought together business leaders, government representatives, and club’s officials who reiterated commitment to humanitarian service.
In his speech, Moneke, said he is assuming the Club leadership with a clear agenda to leverage corporate partnerships and professional networks for sustainable community development.
He emphasised that leadership in Unique Fellows All Nations Club is ‘a call to action’ rather than prestige, stressing that the labours of the Club’s past Mayors will not be in vain under his watch.
“My leadership will create a distinct space where the energy, talents and minds of the next generation could be seamlessly channelled into sustainable life-changing service.
The Mayor also hinted at the club’s EcoHealth programmes, stating they are designed to integrate human health, environmental sustainability, and community resilience.

He asserted that empowering one is to empower a whole family and several generations, noting that funds are being mobilised to execute key humanitarian projects in Anambra State.
Moneke, commended the Installation committee chairman, Barrister Kingsley Ezeibe for making the event a wonderful and successful one.
In his remarks, the Installation committee chairman, Barrister Ezeibe highlighted the activities marking the ceremony to include; Health walk, Tennis tournament to foster unity and sportsmanship and a charity visit to Shawn Christabel Orphanage Home Awka, where according to him, is in accordance with the age-old tradition to put smile in the faces of children who need love and support the most.
He noted that the Club, has over the years and since it formal inauguration in 2003, stood as a beacon of friendship, hope, charity and fellowship, noting that the installation ceremony is not just an Installation, it is a reaffirmation of the Club’s commitment to impact lives and build a better society.
Also speaking, in his brief farewell message, the immediate past Mayor of the Club, Uniq Prof Frank Enemuoh, charges members to support the new leadership in order to move the Club to greater height.
