The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Anambra State Housing Development Corporation, Hon. Chike Anyaonu, has said that the Corporation is focused on getting things done for the State. “We are driven to get things done,” Anyaonu assured.
Speaking in his office, in Awka, on Monday during an interview, Mr. Anyaonu said that the Corporation is focused on refining at least half of the State-owned estates across the state to reflect Governor Soludo’s mantra of a liveable homeland. According to Anyaonu, a lot of effort has already been put into reforming and strengthening estates owned and managed by the Corporation; however, he gave assurance that more are still to come.
“We are moving already, and within a short time, we will see more results,” Anyaonu said.
The Anambra State Housing Development Corporation has some of the most outstanding estates to its credit, including Udoka Estate and Ngozika Estate in Awka, among others. Not long ago, the Corporation, led by Hon. Anyaonu, gave a facelift to Ngozika Estate, among other such refinements of government-owned estates across the State.
