The People Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Njikoka 2 State Constituency of Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon.Omile Michael Ndubuisi, has said voters in his constituency will support All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 election and vote for PDP and his candidacy in the State Assembly election come March 6th, 2027.
Ndubuisi said the decision to support Tinubu’s re-election bid was in line with the directive given by the party’s national leader and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, to mobilise support for his principal’s re-election bid.
He noted that the arrangement would not cause confusion among voters in his constituency despite the APGA, APC, PDP and Accord party coalition in the state.
He argued that the coalition is only for the Presidential election scheduled for January 16th, 2026.
The PDP candidate spoke on Sunday, November 1st, 2026 at the International convention center in Awka, during the official inauguration of Tinubu’s presidential campaign committee.
According to him, we are only going to vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the presidential election only. And that is the purpose for the coalition.
“Soludo’s uncommon achievements in all sectors of the economy in Anambra State as a former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), convince me to throw my weight behind his political decision to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election.
The governor also promised to ensure a free, fair, transparent and credible election in all constituencies, irrespective of any political party.
“Under the watch of governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, Anambra residents, irrespective of tribe, ethnic and religion affiliations now sleep with their two eyes closed and move around the roads and streets across the state without any interuption as a result of bad road.
“From Agu-Awka junction down to Njikoka local government area and beyond the roads are excellent, worth of commendation.
Ndubuisi described Soludo, who is also the State Coordinator of President Tinubu’s Re-election campaign committee as a quality governor with an enviable record of service.
He said the governor’s performance made his second term re-election easier and urged members of the campaign committee to work hard to secure victory for President Tinubu come January 16th, 2026.
Ndubuisi promised to built classrooms across Njikoka two Constituency and support constituents with quality healthcare interventions and farm inputs, if elected.
