Ahead of the 2027 general elections, the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate for Idemili North and South Federal Constituency of Anambra State, Kingsley Ezekwelu Esq, have intensified efforts towards internal unity and grassroot mobilization across communities that constitute the Constituency.
Ezekwelu said this while addressing the people of Nnobi community in Idemili South Local Government Area of the State during his “Thank you rally” to Nnobi APC Ward 1,2 and 3, held at Ezeinhu hall Nnobi on Monday, October 5th, 2026.
He said the national leaders have continued to urge members to rise above personal interests, close ranks, and build a disciplined political platform aimed to deliver party candidates across the country during the voting proper.
The Thank you rally also aimed to foster reconciliation, strengthen ward-level structures, and engage voters.

“We are here to strengthen party unity for 2027 elections.We must be united and work together for my success and the success of other APC candidates both at the state and federal levels.
“As a party, we will intensify our preparations to mobilise voters to vote for the party in Idemili North and South Federal Constituency.
He urged APC members in Nnobi community to engage voters through persuasion rather than intimidation, saying the campaign must focus on impactful policies and reforms that will positively change Idemili region and Anambra State as a whole.
“As a Political Evangelist, I will legislate on issues that will bring a total development to Nnobi community and the constituency at large.
Ezekwelu, thanked the people of Nnobi for turning out enmasse during the rally.
In their separate speeches, the Ward Chairman of Nnobi Ward 1, Mr Okechukwu Okonkwo and his ward 2 counterpart, Mr Ojukwu Benjamin, vow to work collaboratively with other members of the party to deliver the House of Representative hopeful, Ezekwelu in Nnobi community.
