A Nigeria-based digital entrepreneurial hub, The Pivot Africa, has officially announced plans to host its 4th edition of South East digital entrepreneur conference 4.0 in South East Nigeria.
The Executive Director, The Pivot Africa, Ifedy Ralph Eze (Esq), who made the announcement while addressing a press conference at the company’s headquarters, in Awka, on Thursday, said the event is scheduled for October 30th and 31st, 2026 at the popular Stanel Dome Awka, Anambra State.
He said the conference aimed at sensitizing the south east business owners, especially, Aba and Onitsha traders on how to leverage digital technology to enhance their businesses and other activities.
He also noted that participants are expected to learn, build, connect, ask questions, develop skills, meet people and take opportunities when circumstances demand it.
He said participants cut across the five south eastern states, comprises; the host Anambra, Abia, Enugu, Imo and Ebonyi alongside representatives of Chambers of Commerce in the zone, students, business leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and captains of industries.
According to Eze, our fourth edition of the growing platform is committed to connecting people, ideas, businesses, institutions and opportunities in Anambra, South East, Nigeria, Africa and the World as a whole.
“Africa does not only need conversations. Africa needs action.

“Across our communities, there are people building businesses, developing skills, creating solutions, leading organisations and solving problems.
“There are young people with enormous potential, women building remarkable enterprises, professionals creating value, and businesses looking for the right connections and opportunities to grow, hence the conference to create the needed connections for the people of the region.
“But potential alone is not enough, People need access, they need knowledge, they need networks, they need platforms and sometimes, they simply need someone to open the right door which we have been doing in the past four years with N20million empowerment programmes for the vulnerables. That is where The Pivot comes in.
This year’s conference 4.0 is themed: “Digital Transformation, Shared Growth, and Prosperity for All.”
“We chose this theme because digital transformation is no longer a conversation reserved for technology companies.
“Technology is changing how we learn, work, build businesses, communicate, market products and create opportunities.
“Artificial intelligence, digital platforms, automation, fintech, e-commerce, digital marketing and emerging technologies are changing the world around us.
But the important question is: “How do we ensure that this transformation creates shared opportunities? How do we make sure that the entrepreneur in Awka can leverage technology to grow? How does a young person acquire the skills needed for the future? How can women building businesses gain greater access to markets, networks and opportunities? How do we help existing businesses become more digitally competitive? And how can institutions and communities participate meaningfully in this transformation?.
These are some of the questions The Pivot Conference 4.0 seeks to explore on October 31st, 2026.
“The conference is one major expression of a wider ecosystem.
“Throughout the year, The Pivot creates different platforms and experiences designed to connect people with knowledge, opportunities, mentorship, business growth and meaningful relationships.
“One of these is the Pivot Challenge Bootcamp, which is designed to challenge participants to think, build and develop practical solutions while gaining exposure to entrepreneurship, technology and innovation.
“We also have Women in Power, an expression of our commitment to recognising, connecting and empowering women who are leading, building and creating impact across different sectors.
“Then there is the Legacy Circle — a platform focused on people who are building beyond themselves and creating value that can outlive them. It is about conversations, relationships and initiatives around leadership, impact and legacy.
“The conference will also featured The Pivot Awards, through which we will recognised individuals, businesses and organisations whose work represents meaningful contribution, innovation, leadership and impact.
“These expressions are important because we do not want The Pivot to be something that happens only once a year. We want it to become an ecosystem where people can continuously learn, connect, build, grow and contribute.
“Another important part of this year’s conference is the introduction of different access levels.
“We understand that people come to The Pivot with different needs, expectations and capacities.
“So this year, attendees can choose their access, Starter Pass — Free, The Starter Pass is completely free.
“We believe access to ideas and conversations should not be limited only to those who can afford premium tickets.
“So we have deliberately created a free entry point for people who simply want to be part of the experience.
The Standard Pass for the conference is ₦10,000, with a 15% discount for group bookings of 3 to 5 persons.
“This is designed for delegates who want the conference plus more deliberate access to mentoring, resources, growth opportunities and people. It is for someone who is saying: “I don’t just want to attend. I want to engage.”
“Then we have the Elite Pass at ₦50,000, also with a 15% discount for group bookings of 3 to 5 persons.
The Elite Pass is designed for delegates who want the strongest access layer around the event — including premium positioning, curated introductions and exclusive connected experiences..
“So whether you are a student, entrepreneur, professional, business leader or someone simply interested in discovering what is possible, there is an access level designed to meet you where you are.
“For full details about the different passes, conference programme, registration and the wider Pivot ecosystem, we encourage everyone to visit: conference.thepivot.ng, the Director concluded.
