In another stride towards strengthening institutional mobility and enhancing effective University operations, the Vice-Chancellor of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Prof. Kate Azuka Omenugha, FNIPR, has commissioned refurbished buses for the use of the University.
The commissioning, held on Wednesday, 30th September 2026, was witnessed by the University’s Principal Officers, Deans and distinguished Professors.
The commissioned vehicles include a bus for the Faculty of Law, another for the Students’ Union Government (SUG), and an official vehicle for the Provost, College of Medicine, Prof. Lawrence Ikeakor.
The VC said the commissioning is another step in the journey of building the “Now University and of the Future.”
