The Anambra Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps, Joyce Alexander, has received awards and recognition for her outstanding role in humanitarian affairs and traffic management efforts.
Alexander was honoured on May 10, 2025, by the Ultimate Business Women and Farmers Association of Nigeria, for the FRSC’s continuous commitment to safeguarding lives on the roads of Ndi Anambra and supporting community-based safety initiatives.
A press statement released on Tuesday by the Sector Public Education Officer,
FRSC, Anambra State Command, Margaret Onabe, stated that additionally, on the same day, the Sector Commander was honoured with an award at the World Red Cross Day celebration, held at its branch office in Amawbia, Anambra State.
Onabe said, “The event, themed ‘On the side of humanity,’ emphasised the organisation’s dedication to alleviating human suffering and promoting dignity.
“The FRSC Anambra Sector Command remains committed to promoting road safety and supporting community development initiatives.
“The recognition received by the Sector Commander is a testament to the Corps’ dedication to serving humanity.”
